Prepare for Shipping
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original manufacturer packaging to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a complimentary courier pickup for large items or drop off smaller parcels at your nearest carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
